I paid for a certificate on 12/12/20 and it was never sent in to the NYS Department Of Licensing. I called the business owner (John Cordaro) and was informed the business was closed and wished me luck. I need this certificate valid or my Armed Security Card will be revoked. I have spent hundreds of dollars into my career and this guy wishes me luck. He took my money and sent me email certificate. All of his websites are not valid through licensing when looked up on websites, the security training websites show "error". I have also contacted the Attorney Generals Licensing Office as well. This guy is a fraud and needs to be investigated.
