We went to this website and saw that they were advertising 100 free drop voicemails, so we paid and loaded $15 onto our account via debit card. We were trying to contact support about why we were being charged for the first 100 even though the advertising said they were free. The company had texted us after signing up so we were texting as well as using the support chat. He then replied to our text insinuating that we are stupid because it is the same guy texting us and running the support chat. He said we would not be getting 100 free drops as they ended that and that it doesnt matter if we read it because "other people don't even read that part of his website" as he stated to us. We said obviously people read it, because that was the whole reason we tried out his website. He then began harassing us after we asked for a refund. Stating that we are stupid and asked if we were liberals. He was very rude and had no manners at all. I believe his site needs to be removed as he is scamming people into signing up thinking they are getting 100 free drop voicemails, but you are actually charged for each one they send. Not only was he verbally abusive and rude, we did not receive the voicemail drops we paid for. He also locked us out of our online account so we cannot see any of our content. After going back in later he unblocked it. (Probably because I told him I was making this complaint.) He also threatened to give our information to the FCC saying WE are the scammers.
