I ordered in item from Drovasi on September 10 and I checked for a tracking number a week later and my order# DVA139300 has NO tracking number! There's no way for me to track my order. I've emailed support and I haven't gotten a response. They have no phone number to contact them.

the company claims to sell medical devices. I order a device and it has neve arrived. I have contacted the company and they keep saying its on its way. The tracking number showed it was delivered in another state for me to pick up. Im in arkansas and it said it was in california . I contacted again and they said they were monitoring my shipment and it was on its way. It has been 2 weeks now.
