They are making false claims and accusatory statements.
Now I feel targeted. Their bad practices and procedures left me vulnerable to their predatory fees. The entire time I lived there, they would accuse me of smoking in the unit, and now try to blame me for some unremovable stain.
The late fees they claim are absurd. They equal more than the monthly rent. The wordage of lease itself is illegal, stating things like a 12 hour notice to enter the unit.
I believe these landlords are using their influence and negligence to scam tenants out of money, and use scare tactics to enforce and impose rules on tenants.
