I inquired about the pain relief magic cream via chat feature drwellsproducts.com. I asked did the cream contain any hemp/cbd and I was told that it did not. Which was good because I didn't not want anything with cbd. So I placed an order for the cream(ORDER #DWPDS1057) and received order confirmation on 3/21/2023. A little over a week went by and I never received that my order was shipped, so I followed up with an e-mail. I asked were there any updates on my order, and never received a response. This was on 4/5/23. After about a week and a half I followed up with another e-mail with no response. The following week I received my order in the mail unexpectedly because I never received an email that my order was shipped. When I opened the package it looked nothing like what is on the website. The picture of the cream on the website is in a professional labeled white jar, what I received was small unwrapped jar with a cheap label with the ingredients listed. It also has "contains cbd" written on it, which I was told that it did not. Also I do not trust using this for one it's not what I ordered and the way it's not sealed and came packaged, someone can easily open to jar and do who know what. I tried to get in contact with someone about a refund but the calls and emails go unanswered. I even tried the Facebook and Youtube from the website and pages are gone. There is an Instagram account with a few post but I do not have Instgram account and my guess is that it's not active as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've included a picture of what I received instead of what is on the website.
