They promote their product on tiktok and use a sale countdown that gets reset everyday to trick people into buying it as soon as possible. When i purchased the product they only gave me an order confirmation and charged my card without giving me any shipping notice for almost 2 weeks, i tried asking about any shipping updates and never received an answer. I also tried to contact them about canceling my order on all their social media pages and email and still no answer from them.

I purchased an item Through this company November 10. I have attempted to reach out several times regarding my order. Received one email on November 24 stating my order was on the way. Was given no tracking information. Have since attempted to reach out to them on three different occasions with no response and no tracking information. Have received an email on December 9 stating my order was fulfilled but no way of getting in contact with these individuals and no tracking information was provided. Now they no longer respond to me.

Saw an ad on TikTok shop so I went to the website to purchase a handheld blower for car detailing. Website looked legit and had multiple links to different products. Purchased two products totaling $112 and immediately received an email about my confirmed purchase. Confirmation email said items would be delivered 5-8 business days. Checked the status of the items after 5-8 business days and the email lead me to a PDF and asked if I wanted to download it. Checked address for company and it seems to be invalid as it leads to an alley in Michigan. Phone number rings but then hangs up. Email address on website doesn’t match the email address on the confirmation email.
