Sometimes, you just dont know what is legit or fake anymore. I have often purchased items from ads I would see on Facebook or Instagram and they were really nice items or products. But recently its all changed with a flux of fake items and/or scam websites. This one was seen on Facebook at first but they are everywhere now. "Drystrike" Claiming to sell military style smart watches. The photos show great graphics on the face but in reality, the graphics were cheesy and fake looking. The watch I got was over $100. The first day I ordered, I had changed my mind and sent an email to cancel the order. The next day, I got a reply that said the item had shipped already? When I checked the tracking number, USPS showed that a label had been created but the item had not been received at the shipping post office. I emailed Drystrike again and mentioned that they have time to cancel. I did not get a reply for a week. The reply I got said the request was being sent up to the next level of customer service....This went on for 2 weeks and still the item had not been received by the USPS.

The item arrived 3 weeks later but I had to come back from a trip out of state to take care of it. When I emailed drystrike, they said I couldn't return it unless it was damaged or broken, (now that I think about it I should have damaged it) I emailed them back saying that is NOT what their website says (photo attached) "30 day money back guarantee, if you are NOT satisfied" Well, I was not happy and wanted to return it and get a refund!! They are insisting that they cant do that. So here I am! Lesson learned....ALWAYS ORDER FROM AMAZON.COM! at least you can return for a refund if not happy! But this company stole my $180 and the watch is a cheap Chinese made imitation of a real military standard watch!
