I first attempted to buy a work out supplement from this site and during the initial checkout process the website was forcing me to put in a company name and apartment number (I do not own a business or live in an apartment) and would not let me finish check out until I did that. For the time being I put in "N/A" for both and then got to the payment section. At that time it would only allow me to use paypal even though their homepage says they accept all major credit cards. So I knew something wasn't right. I decided to cancel the order and call the company but nobody answered and you could not leave a message. I then decided to email the company and Alexandro got back to me by the very next day and said the site was under maintenance at that time and that I should try again now. I did and everything worked correctly. I emailed Alexandro back asking if they received my order and thanked them for the quick service. Alexandro replied that they did get my order and I should see it the following week. I had paid for the 3-4 day shipping and by the following week nothing had arrived and I never got a shipping confirmation via email. I emailed the company back asking for an update on the order and provided my order number and to this day have never heard back. I tried emailing 2 other times and nothing. I called them and it says it's now a vacant line. I have since called my credit card company and claimed it as fraud. Beware of this company.
