The DMS Legal Team called me from a few different phone numbers...saying they are trying to track down my brother, who has the same last name as me. I said I haven't spoken to him in 16 years, since he never repaid our mother's trust and mismanaged our mother's rental properties resulting in significant financial loss. They wanted me to confirm my information (last 4 digits of my Social), which I did not. Since I've had no contact with my brother, the person on the phone said they would remove my phone number from their site/documents, but they haven't. My attorney sent them a registered letter (a cease and desist legal document), but it was returned to my attorney. When you go to their website and I put in my phone number...it says RICHARD R RESATKA (my brother). 3 choices..."Yes, this is me", "I know this person", "I don't know them". It asks to confirm info and asks for more info. These scammers are using my phone number and tying it to my brother, who is dishonest.
