It seems odd that they are offering such a loan without any email address to reply to?
Name of company “DSO” which is what?
I am advised to contact the customer service dept. if I have questions about the document, or what I am being offered. I am told “please have your benefits ID ready”. THIS IS NOT A BILL is included. As is a smaller tree (pseudo or stolen logo? maybe Cigna? it looks familiar though)
The letter tells me “You are approved for a credit card balance settlement program with eligibility to enroll between $20,000.00 and $30,000.00 for an estimated set aside payment of only $287.50 per month.To secure and activate your benefits call the number above and mention Benefit ID ______
Executive Benefits Summary as of March 20, 2020 Hardship offer for: (all credit cards must have your name associated with the account.)
Program interest rate: NONE.
Enrolment debt amount: $20,000.00 to $30,000.00.
Monthly set aside payment: $287.50.
Credit Score Requirement/Application Fee: None/Waived.

bc I have not contacted them, I cannot know what monies would have been lost, etc.
my contact info is known - I do not know what other personal info they may have Again: I am reporting what appears to be questionable, and hope to receive confirmation either way.
