My wife purchase a home from them on an rent to own contract her and son army member live in home she has paid years on home then she tried to make payment was told there was another owner of property she called asked for paperwork on sale of contract and copy of lease never heard back been month no contact and found this company is being sued all over country

They use to be Vision property management. They have homes here is Des Moines, Iowa and many other states as well. They have tenants who owe back taxes and will send out the letters saying they have to pay them and they semd no reciepts for the rent payment or anything. They dont send out real deeds or anything for legal purposes. One house here is Des Moines Iowa is 2612 E. Elm Des Moines Iowa 50317. This company is not legit. They are lying to there tenants and they need checked. This house is not even livable but they have people living in it. I dont know who to contact ao im hoping this gets to the right people to do something about it.
