Ad on Facebook for deal on Vans shoes thru DSW. After order was placed, scammer sent an email that items were still in the cart. Scammer double charged, so I emailed to request orders be canceled. They only canceled & refunded one order because the second was already processed. Product was never received, requested a refund and was told “we suffered a loss, we can only afford a 10% refund.” They sent false tracking information, as the tracking separated it was delivered through the post office, but confirmed that the post office never received it.
