I saw this add come across facebook and tik tok I saw a lot of comments about how great it was so I decided to purchase an unclaimed amazon packages box Level 4. I paid $56 and for express shipping. No where in the website does it state the product is coming from china. When I reached out to them to see when the package would ship since it had already been 4-5 days since I ordered it they stated it could take several weeks to receive. A few days later I got a tracking number that had a link to track. When you clicked the link it just took you back to the website. I had to google how to track a number and that is how i found it it was coming from China. When I finally received the package it was a tiny bluetooth speaker not the huge box that was pictured. I now cannot get a hold of anyone for a refund. Also when you try and leave a product review it acts like you never made a purchase and wont let you.
