My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas from DtoxDaySpa.com. I tried booking a facial online. The spa left no forwarding contact info or phone number. They simply stated they were "relocating". Very unprofessional behavior and I've attempted to call, email, direct message and have had zero response. Their phone number is not working. I lost $300 on the gift card.
