Purchased carpet cleaning services through Groupon. Contacted to schedule via phone, rescheduled twice then showed up outside of window. Technician first said voucher was for one area, I showed him the Groupon showing 3 areas. He then said I only purchased water and would have to pay extra for cleaning supplies. I referred to the Groupon fine print and asked for the pricing grid referenced. He said he would call his boss. I told him I wanted the service I paid for and he promised to be right back. He took off and then wouldn't answer the phone. I called the office and the technician had lied stating he quoted me and I declined. I said I still didn't have a price. The office then said I would have to pay $50 for him to come back. I explained I never asked him to leave and I already paid and then I was hung up on. They will not pick up the phone anymore.
