My mother was shopping for duct cleaning services and "liked" this company's Facebook page. She was contacted via Facebook messenger by a Thelma Fields within minutes of liking the page. An appointment was made for 6/12/2023 between 11am-2pm, and before the appointment date the business's Facebook page was removed or taken down. On the day of services at 1pm, one man came with a machine and a shop vac and removed vent covers throughout the house. After opening the furnace and showing my mother possible mold/dirt he attempted to upsell for additional $600 worth of cleaning services which were declined. He proceeded to use the shop vac to vacuum the vents for approximately over one hour. After attempting to upsell again for services, my mother declined and the serviceman showed her 6 photos showing before and after for possibly three vents. My mother paid him with a Venmo debit card of $206 and he left. When I returned later that day I noticed there were air vent covers removed and not placed back correctly. The next day, I noticed the ducting from the clothes dryer to the outside vent was removed and not placed back, and upon noticing that the thermostat was not functioning, it was found that the furnace covers had not been placed back into position and that the unit had been turned and left off for the past day and a half.

A friend of ours got a call from our old Sasktel home phone number ,My husbands name came up on the display id and our old home phone.Person said duct cleaning business and was a woman who my friend could barely understand.She then contacted me .

The person post on social media group that she is looking for other people to get Duct cleaning so she gets better price . “She arranges” the appointments ask for address and then you get message from Shaun(phone number above) . They are late and never provide service . Scammers show up in the house and want to charge double. Some website she provides don’t exist and she blocks everyone on email, Facebook and repost to other people

Hello, this number has called my cell phone three times using the same line that my wife approved duct cleaning, i have asked them to remove me from their list but the keep calling, insisting we would get diseases if we didn't clear our ducts.

Even thought i say now they wont hang up or take that for an answer they just keep saying i'm going to die.
