Type of a scam Home Improvement
In and out in 35 mins. Cleaned ducts and we asked about cleaning dryer vent which was extra we agreed to price. They blew the build up from dryer all over the room, dryer dust all over everything never offered to clean up. Said that LB was not there boss he just booked appts. I asked for a receipt for work done totaling $390, they said it would be sent to me via email. Still have not received. They are from India, said they work all over the US and international. I feel I was scammed and left with a big mess to clean up and definitely paid way too much for what I got. Admittedly should have done more research but was convinced they were legit. Totally feel they are just out there taking people's money. We paid cash because they stated it would be more with tax, no tax with cash. I questioned that too. It sad people like this are out there but they are.
