When I looked at their info it appeared to be shipping out of the UK so felt fairly confident about ordering, that I would receive it in good time and as I ordered.
Once I finished, the receipt I received through PayPal (although I used cc and not a PayPal account)
Listed the company in what I believe were Chinese characters.
What I received was a box with 3 empty plastic bottles and 24 thumbnail size Christmas ornaments/charms.
I emailed the address I found on the confirmation, to file a comai t that I didn't get what I ordered.
I now have a series of emails where there is offers of "compensation" starting at $7 and eventually up to $30.
They kept insisting that the cost of returning the item would be high In order to get a full refund.
I insisted that I would worry about the time and expense and ship it back, at which point they informed me that the warehouse(in China) was closed due to covid, and therefore would not be able to return for a full refund.
