Also spoke with Cassie, demanding a refund or I will dispute. Seems like they’re very scared of “dispute” situations since they said in the “confirmation email” to contact them specifically if you plan to dispute with the merchant.
After numerous emails & giving me a “discount” I continued to decline and demanded a full refund. So she said she will give the full refund. BUT it’s gonna take 15-40 business days.. which I believe is BS. So once this money is deposited into the merchants account, I’m going to file a dispute with my bank.
