The people who run and create this website pop up every few months once their other site gets shut down. They are scam artists out of North Carolina who offer really low prices for purebread saint bernard puppies. They use the same photos, same website layout, and same text on every site with a new domain and a new email address. They will send your puppy using a "nannying" service if you are unable to come get the puppy yourself. They will "ship to any state". The initial conversation is friendly, they ask you about yourself to get any personal information to use against you. Once you send the payment for the puppy using avenues such a Zelle or MoneyGram (services where its impossible for you to get your money back) they will confirm receipt of your payment and say the application for the nanny service has been submitted. Then the nanny service begins contacting you (its the same people). They offer a "tracking service" on their website so you can see when your puppy has been picked up and when the puppy is due to be delivered. Before the puppy can travel they will ask you to send a refundable amount of money (around $1000) for a "temperature controlled cage" and mandatory vaccines for travel. If you send this money they will prepare your puppy for travel. After that they will wait to contact you until right about when your puppy is due to be at your home (we're talking about 30 minutes before arrival according to their site). They tell you your puppy has been quarantined and needs mandatory vaccines before they can be released. This will be around $1500 and is "refundable". Again they only ask for the payment using MoneyGram or Zelle, even asking if you will send Walmart Giftcards. If you do not comply and send the money they will harass you and tell you that local law enforcement will be called and legal action will be taken against you for abandonment. The website they were using previously was mountainstbernards.com.
