I purchased candy that they promote on their Instagram page. Its been over 2 weeks and I have not gotten an update on my order, I have emailed them many times and they do not reply back to the emails.

I ordered from this company and spent $30.57 on them. A whole month went by and the update I got was from the App Shop where all it said was Ready To Ship. I reached out to the company and their response was "Hello I'm going to take a look at your order because we don't have an order for that day they were all shipped on Jan 5 but let me take a look." Of course I sent them a screenshot of my receipt stating the day I ordered and asked for a refund because I no longer trust them. Will I recieve my refund? I dont know, I am not worried about the money I lost but I dont want them to continue to scam people.

On January 26, 2024 my spouse my a purchase from the retailers website in the amount of $34.25 for 4 products on their website. In Feb of 2024 my spouse sent an email to their Customer Service for an update on tracking as they never received tracking info. On March 01, 2024 my spouse gets an email stating the order was canceled. We went to the website for more information and nothing on the site indicated we couldn't get a refund for canceled orders. We reached out to Customer Service to obtain a refund as we never received any goods. Customer Service NEVER responded. On top of the they had the utmost AUDACITY to shut their website down for a week and then remove any negative comments, and order inquiries, on their social media posts. I guess the ONLY thing that gets their attention is threatening to report them to the BBB.

Candy store that promises shipping in 2-8 days. It’s been weeks. Contacted customer support with no response. Their Instagram page is full of people complaining about the same thing. They steal people’s money.
