This business is attracting customers using Groupon. They offer services and attempt to up-sell. If you refuse the up-sell they refuse the original product. In my case it was brake pads. My Honda civic was recently inspected, by a Honda certified technician whom provided paperwork saying my brake pads were each worn thin (3mm on the left, 3mm on the right). The young mechanic came out and awkwardly attempted to sell me a brake caliper "service" for >$200. When I politely refused the service he claims his direction from his boss (who was not even available on location or by phone) does not allow them to be sold. Fortunately, Groupon mitigated this situation and refunded my money. This business is using Groupon to attract customers for one product and then scamming them into unnecessary services.

I came in for brake pads only. Your team wanted to upsell a caliber service which I did not agree to. I did however add an oil change In turn, your supervisor instructed the mechanic to deny the brake pads and disallowed him to replace pads without caliper service.

I am the customer. I choose which services I do and don't want. You are not the safety committee, the Virginia state police inspectors are. There are several things this old car could use, but what I NEEDED were new brake pads. The only thing I can understand is that if you agreed to change pads only than my warranty would void- and that would have been fine. I would still be better off.

You have wasted my time on my valued day off, and you have wasted my money. Your business is a scam and I will do my part to stop it by writing my experience to BBB, and yelp, Groupon reviews.
