Seller provided a UPS tracking ID of 1Z81V6210336023209, which showed delivered on Monday, February 27th...six days BEFORE I purchased the product.
I disputed the case to PayPal with transaction ID 2BY76702M3063200W and Paypal denied my case saying it already had been delivered, even though I provided PayPal the tracking ID given to me by the seller that shows it was delivered six days BEFORE I ever purchased it...and PayPal still denied me. Really frustrating.
The company emailed me saying they would provide me an updated delivery status and they never did. I called the company with the number on their website and it does NOT work: +1 574 183 9451.
The tracking ID is still valid on UPS showing being delivered, yet the product, a Bowflex Max Trainer M6, was never delivered.
Their website is still operational and people are continuing to be scammed.
