I received a phone call on 12/01/2022 from a male saying he was with Spectrum and they were trying to identify customers with old equipment. I asked the person if they knew if I was a Spectrum customer and he told me my name and the address where I live. He asked me if I was standing in front of my TV at that moment. I told him I was not a Spectrum customer and hadn’t been for eight years and he immediately hung up on me.

The call had a caller ID of 808-308-8786. That is not Spectrum’s phone number.
