trying to push this product Dupicell product on me. I reluctantly purchased the 10 day trial for 4.95. The pushy sales person insisted that all I had to do was call and cancel any further auto shipments and I would not be charged any further money. But when I called to cancel the rude male salesperson said that I would be charged 89.95 unless I returned the product and that my 10 day trial started the day the product left there warehouse, which did not give much time seeing how it was Friday and my trial ended in 4 days. I went to the post office and paid express delivery for the product to arrive 1 day before my trial ended. Tracking number from the post office let me know the product arrived on the day before my trial ended, and an agent of Dupicell received it at 10;23am. Yet they still charged my credit card 5 days later. These people are rude, and I doubt very much I will receive a refund and yes I called them to request a refund which they say takes 30 days
