The caller ID came up as UPMC Shadyside which is a hospital in Pittsburgh but the robocall said if you have Duquesne Electric... and I hung up. That is not the exact name of our electric utility company and should not show the phone number as the hospital. The 412-623 is the start of the hospital phone numbers.
