It's Been 16 Weeks and NO PRODUCT Sent!
The remainder of our furniture was supposed to arrive "in 6-10 weeks OR LESS." In fact, it still says that on their website. They know this delivery info is not factual, and rises to fraud in my mind. As I said, 16 weeks and nothing. Every month they tell us we will absolutely have it by the end of the next month. I now believe this is a scam and we will never get our furniture. Just demanded a refund. We will see if they process it or if I have to do a chargeback through American Express.

We're sorry you had a bad experience. Although we strive for all of our employees to not make mistakes, human error can occur. On 05/23/2022, you sent us an inquiry and a picture of the wrong items you received, and we have corrected that issue by shipping out the correct color chairs and end table. On 08/02/2022, we provided the status of the dining set you ordered and asked if you wanted to either wait or cancel the order. On Friday, 09/02/2022 at 6:32PM, you confirmed to cancel the dining set. On Monday, 09/05/2022 (our office is closed during the weekends), your dining set was cancelled, and you were refunded. Our lead times are estimated on our website during our busy times due to increased demand. This is all explained on our home page (under Shipping & Handling). We are a legitimate business and not as scam. You have placed several orders with us prior to the dining set. On 04/24/2022, you purchased a hammock, hammock stand, and umbrella. On 04/26/2022, your order was completed and picked up by FedEx. On 04/29/2022, the items you purchased were delivered to your residence. On 05/14/2022 you ordered 2 folding Adirondack chairs and 1 end table. on 05/17/2022, 2 chairs and 1 end table were picked up by FedEx and were delivered to your residence on 05/20/2022
