I saw an advertisement on Instagram for a Dusk shaver. I purchased one through the ad. After a month, I hadn't received the shaver in the mail. I received an email from what appeared to be a different company, Revoraa, saying their shipment was lost in the mail and they would be resending it. I believe Revoraa is posing as Dusk and they used another company's videos and advertisements as their own. I finally received the shaver after 2 months and it had been shipped directly from China. There was no company name on the package or shaver, just "lady shaver" and the quality was very poor. It is not as described. They said I could get a full refund if unsatisfied, but they aren't responding to my email requests. They also used 3 different email addresses to contact me. Revora is spelled differently depending on where you see it. Sometimes it has one "a" and sometimes two.
