B.S. ! Still waiting for my order for almost 2 months. Try am trying to recover their money through PayPal. On the website, they indicate that delivery is 2-6 weeks. Before was information that delivery (5--15 business days on average,). Spent a lot of time and effort and still haven't received my order !

I have ordered a 59x24 picture on December 18 2020, have not received a [censored]!
They keep on saying Fedex is having issues, but Fedex sats the have NOT received anything from them!
I’ll call credit card company to see what they can do...

Picture on website not accurate at all. The dimensions of the picture were altered by at least 20-25% (they squished the picture top to bottom) and the colors were very VERY muted. See the pics included. One is from the website, the other is what I received.

I purchased a product from their website. When I received it the color is different than what was described. I contacted them for refund but they only refund me 35% after rounds of negotiations. Why I have to bare most of the cost for a mistake caused by their product description?
Don't buy from them. Product is cheap and ship from China although they claim their headquarter is in NY.

I placed my order but there was an error on the website about the size. They contacted me immediately to see if the correct size would work. Sadly it will not, so I requested a refund. It was processed immediately. The service was great.

I ordered a 46x20 picture from this place on 12/01/20 they sent a FedEx tracking number on 12/30/20 but Fed Ex has not received a package to send and it is now 01/07/21. I contacted Dwallart and they gave me this BS story that FedEx is so busy and backed up that they are sending all of their (Dwallart) shipments to USPS! What? This place is full of it. I ordered from Icanvas and received art in 6 days. Do not use this place you may never get your order. Just like the others in here that don't work for Dwallart it takes months to receive if at all. I will stop payment.

I searched several canvas printing sites before I decided to order with them. I figured for the price it was going to turn “ok” at best. Once my 20x60 panoramic arrived, in a really nice and well protected box I might add, I was blown away. The shot I captured was printed and wrapped perfectly. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out and hope to order a 40x60 next.

These canvases exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order some more for my in-laws who are literally in love with art. I’m totally certain that they would love every piece. To be very honest, I can’t wait for them to see these awesome pieces. It would be a great way to win them over!

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. They are deceptive liars. They claim to be in "New York", but they ship from china. You get cheap chinese crap that is NOT the size the claim. My art came and the height was 10" shorten then the size I purchased. Their reaponse? "We have a overall all 1-3" variance" ok how is 10" 1-3". Do not trust ANYTHING they say. They sell OVERPIRICED CHINESE JUNK. Buyer beware!

I love how their "sale ends ____" date constantly changes every day to that current day. That alone should tell you something. Unfortunately I fell for it and bought a large "ready to hang" that isn't "ready to hang". They do have a small blurb about "For size 72 inch and larger, please note that for this sizes orders will be shipped rolled on canvas, and once you receive your artwork you can take it to your local frame shop to have them stretch it on wooden frame." That contradicts numerous other places, including the FAQ, that it's "ready to hang". Check carefully, there are other places that sell at a better price.

Horrible service. I ordered and paid on 11/10/20. Still nothing, recieved tracking number on 12/3/20, still shows "pending". They claim my order is on its way to FedEx, really? For over a week? I do not believe they are made in USA. I think the are just claiming this, having orders shipped from China, then repackaged and sent out to the customer. Not an honest company

Took over a month and a half. Overpriced And from china. Prints are okay. Contrast Not as vivid as online pictures. Definitely not worth the price they charged. Typical these days. Rarely do you get what you pay for

Yesterday we had received our order of 2 canvas wall art, Very beautiful and impressive quality. It looks just like the wall art displayed on the website. We already have it upp on our office room and living room wall, looks beautiful!. I am very impressed with them because they responded to my questions very quickly and they took the time to send me an email thanking me for my purchase. I will definitely purchase another wall art from them.

I purchased a print at the end of September. As of Oct. 21, 2020 they continue to lie using covid as an excuse for backorders. They even gave me a bogus UPS tracking number. After reading the other complaints I will deal directly with paypal for a refund. DO NOT TRUST DWAllART they are scam artist.

AMAZING! items were delivered as advertised with excellent packing and included additional hardware for mounting. The quality is obvious and would recommend this vendor to anyone interested in decorating with wall art. I am very happy!

I had the same bad experience and decided to file with BBB. Within 1 week dwallart contacting me and said they would refund my money and asked that I remove the complaint. I have not received the credit to my card yet since it was yesterday. I doubt I will but will see. I suggest everyone file with BBB so they get booted from selling in the USA!
