The scammer contacted my company thru our website requesting a quote for 10 laptops. The quote was sent to the scammer and approved the price. Scammer paid by credit card thru my merchant's online payment link. Once the payment was received the laptops were ordered and shipped to the address provided. The person calls and emails my company stating that they had received the shipment. They also state that they want to place an order for 20 additional laptops. The payment for that order was never received. My company is then notified by my merchant account that the charge has been disputed. Now my small business is out of money and the laptops.
