I ordered a jacket from dylinoshop through their website. I paid for it with a credit card. the website looked legitimate because it had an https:// at the beginning of the website link. I received a delivery a month later, but it was not the jacket that I ordered at all, and I could not find a representation of what I received on their website to even see if they sent me a wrong order, it was obviously just a scam. I went to the returns and exchanges page on their website, which stated that they take returns and offer a full refund, but it didn't provide a return address to send the return to (it offered a customer service address in the UK, but clearly stated that it did not offer refunds until the return was received by the company, so I was hesitant to send it to the return address on the package or to the customer service address, in case those were the wrong addresses to send it to, the package got lost, and I never received my money). It also stated that they had a 30-day return policy. I emailed the support email and didn't get a response for a week, so emailed again. I continued to receive spam emails from the company about buying more items from the same email that I contacted about a refund, but they were not responding to my request for a refund. I left a google review about their scam and poor service, but when I just went to check that review to include it as evidence in this scam report, the company had taken down all google reviews (all reviews were negative and relating to receiving something that the person had not ordered). I have sent multiple follow up emails to try to get a refund, and none have been answered. I called the customer support phone number provided, but it said that the call could not go through.
