Dynamic Recovery Solutions Reports & Reviews (8)

I received a call today from a woman saying her name was Yvette from Dyanmic Recovery for my fiance. She said she could give me information regarding why she was calling if I could give her my hubby's ssn or DOB. I told her I would not give her this info and she said she couldn't give me info. I have worked in collections for years and KNOW you can NOT give out any information regarding a debt to anyone w/out the customers approval which was obviously not given. We don't have any outstanding obligations at this time as we just bought a house and had to have it cleaned up to do so. They should be stopped!!!! Several comments on Google reviews showing they are collecting on bills that the main companies don't have at all.

They called me to say that I owed debt with my bank account credit card that was over due and had to be paid immediately the person then wanted to ask why I was disputing it then said I was a liar for trying to dispute it I'm mental disabled and have a care taker handle my finances for me and they found out that there was no credit debt it wasn't there online on my credit report nor was it there when I called the card company myself then the man insulted my husband for letting me speak at all and berated us the entire time after that I ask for his reference number and to speak to his boss and he wouldn't do that or give me a name he only gave me a customer service number which when I called it back twice said two completely different things all together this company is a scam watch out

I received a letter in the mail regarding a Verizon Wireless account and it seemed odd to me, so I did a little digging. I called Verizon with the information on the letter and they said that that account had a zero balance and that I should not respond or pay anything to Dynamic Recovery Solutions. I will say that I had a Verizon debt but I had it paid off years ago. I don't know what these people are doing but it was very odd. They were rude on the phone and short when inquiring about more specific information. It just seemed fishy all around. Be careful. Check with the company that the "debt" originated from.

I had a old debt of $495 for fingerhut that just got behind after the pandemic began. I received a settlement letter in the mail twice about my debt being settled for $295 which seemed like a great deal so i jumped at the chance now that I’m trying to repair my credit. I called gave them my name she pulled up my account information which it seem credible to me. I was told i would receive confirmation for payment/ settlement letter within 10 days. I waited a total of three weeks before calling back to inquire the status of my letter. Upon calling i was greeted first by morgan then Laura in medical then Ashley who all hung up on me after i stated why i was calling. I have tried calling back multiple times with the same result and when i called the original creditors they tell me they do not have any records of my payment.

They called me late at night wanting to collect debit but can't verify who they are but wanted my address.

The person has called two times on two different local area numbers asking for me to call them back at a toll-free number. They state that they are calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions a debt collection company and need to hear from me today. I do not owe anyone any money, I pay all of my bills and haven't ever left a debt unpaid. I will not be calling them back. I just want them to quit calling me and make everyone aware that this company is targeting people.

spam calling my phone leave message to call another number no details just a phone number to call

- Columbus, OH, USA

I received a recorded message this morning (1/26/16) from the phone number 614-816-2898. The man calling said he was calling from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a debt collector, and said he wanted to discuss "a matter" with me. He asked me to call him back at 877-821-1658.

I have no outstanding obligations, so I checked out this company on-line. I see it is connected to several scams, and since I am a senior citizen, I'm a prime target for scams like this. Just wanted you to know that this company may be trolling for victims in the Columbus area.
