Woman called and said she wanted to thank us for our business and wanted to send a Starbucks gift card. I said OK. Shortly after that, we received a couple boxes of packing tape (Not ordered) I called them they said send it back. I said do not send anything else ever again. I sent back their tape and gift card. A couple months later 2 or 3 more boxes showed up. I called they sent over UPS labels and I put them out for UPS. Sent a letter with the boxes saying "no more". Lose our address and information. Today, 6 boxes showed up. I called and chewed them out and told them they can come get them and I am not wasting a second of my day running around with UPS labels. Told them I do not want the tape the 3rd time and they can figure it out. She then went on to tell me she is going to turn us into collections.... What a joke. Google the company and all you see is that other people have posted that they are a scam and had the same thing happened that I experienced.. Guessing they just send stuff out in hopes people pay it and or return it. In the main time it looks like they are selling a bunch of stuff... Whatever it is, they should not be in business. I gave no verbal purchase order which is what they list on the packing list.

Dynatek will call and ask for someone in charge of shipping, not necessarily someone in charge of purchasing or materials. They will speak so fast, you will not catch their business name. They will ask if you still use their 2 in. clear tape, then proceed to say if you want to they will send two boxes of tape to you and a free Starbucks gift card. They quickly say this is to lock in your catalog price for next year, thank you, then hang up immediately.

We have never used Dynatek for any thing in our company. They are not a vendor and we refused this tape. We went so far as to call and tell Patty that they are taking the tape back and we are not paying for them. We received an invoice for the tape anyways for $478.46. Will have to call them yet again.
