My wife was looking to purchase a Dyson Airwrap and came across a pre-black Friday deal on DYSTORES.com, offering the product for 40% less than other retailers at $299. She unfortunately moved forward with the purchase and received no confirmation, order number of tracking information. We called the company at least a dozen times and could never speak to an actual person. When you call the number you are directed to a general voicemail and never receive a call back.

Naturally the product never arrived and we opened up a case with Paypal to try and get our $299 back. Paypal was able to locate tracking information. After talking with the UPS it turns out a package was delivered to a fake name at an address nowhere near our home. These scammers are sending fake packages to a fake name to make it appear they are legitimately shipping products.

This fake company does have a website which lists an address of 2125 Chestnut Street, San Francisco, CA. When you google that address it does not belong to DYSTORES.com and instead is the location of an Apple Store. The products on the site are riddled with fake positive reviews all dated within a short time period of one another. The phone number directs you to a general voicemail with no mention of the company. Should you leave a voicemail you will not be called back. 100% scam that good, hard working people need to be aware of.
