This is a Tax preparation service that is extremely confusing to use, it offers free federal filing and then charges you a fee for state filing, this service gets your credit card information and charges you even before you complete your tax return or file successfully, there is no contact phone number and the only means of contact is email, I have contacted this company on three different occasions ( and the website indicates a response shortly) but this is not the case, I have requested a refund three separate times with not even a acknowledgement from the website. I feel this is a scam.
