consumer was searching the website and came across this company called Efiling the phone number they go by is 415-493-8069. She was trying to get additional copies of her husband's death certificate. They charged her $69.00 (debit card) and she never received a copy of the death certificate. She tried to call them to get her money back they stated to her that they sent her money to the health department and that she should have gotten the certificate. She wants to report this because she feels she got scammed she reported to her bank and they believed that she got scammed.
