Listed an item for sale on TackTrader.com. Scammer sent s text message said his name was Patrick. Said he wanted to buy the item and would mail a check. Price agreed was $***. Scammer sent a check via fedex for $***. I asked him why he sent a check for more then agreed and he said to pay the shipper. Check was from a company in California named E. H. Butland. Fedex was from an insurance company in Ohio. I did not cash the check.
