A man aproached me and offered "left over asphalt" at a discounted price to blacktop the driveway 3inches thick. He wouldn't measure and give me a price just kept rushing me to do it. They basically skim coated the driveway with an inch or 2 of blacktop and rolled lines all through it. Then he comes up with a astronomical price and was yelling at me to pay it. I felt violated and taken advantage of as he stood there yelling at me. When I had asked multiple times for a price in the beginning.
