I hired a contractor through tile roofing of San Antonio, they came out and looked at my home "roof" and based my estimate off the check from the hail damage I received . When we first meet was at my home and they did an estimate then they were pushy about an appointment to sign a contract on something I was unsure of yet at the time.They knew I had family in town and it was my sons birthday. We signed a contract on 7/28/16 for them to perform the replacement on our roof a couple weeks after they want 50% up front I wrote them a check for 3900 note this was a deposit for my roofing materials he was supposed to get . The check was cashed within the hour. A couple weeks went by kids were getting ready to start school so funds were getting tight for supplies/uniforms and I was leaving state for a week etc.. I informed them tile roofing company/ and E&J roofing and renovation they said not to worry just get with them when I get back . I tried contacting them to set another appointment for September Mr. Eruviel wanted to start the work during the week I had explained to him several times that one is available during the week it would have to be started on the weekend seeing someone had to be home so they could be let inside to fix the wall leak from the roof in my bathroom I told i was willing to pay the remainder half once the job was finished . He said he would have to get back with me on it and talk to "Brandon" about it for tile roofing of San Antonio.Brandon stated Mr Eruviel doesnt like to work weekend he goes to Mexico. I said OK no problem we need to figure this out so I can get my money back or at least the materials, months went by and it became a you need to talk to Brandon no you need to talk to Eruviel. I then sent him a message asking for the materials again that were purchased as well with a receipt if not my money back and again it went to let me talk to one or the other . I am out a new roof a leak in my bathroom that gets bigger with every rain that comes through and $3,900 dollars I just want the materials with a receipt so I can hire someone that will work on my schedule or the money back . We are a hard working family of 8 Me my Husband and 6 kids this is unfair.
