Don’t go for a loan

Ben Over contacted me about a loan . No credit check. Said he was not a scammer. So he asked how much I needed I told him he said sure no problem. I said you sure you are not going to scam me. No mam you even have mine and James ph number. So I thought ok. Well then he said I need a 100$ gift card to get it going but I would get it back. Ok sounds good. So I got the gift card sent to him then he transferred me to James in the acct dept . Ok well then James said I needed to get insurance he would email the papers to me make I read and read them . I said ok . Then he said I needed a gift card. I said how much he said a certain amount said everything would go thru no problems. So a day went by I said where’s my loan. Oh your bank is being an [censored]. So you can only get money from western union . I said how much . He said 400$ I said what I don’t have that kind of money. Take it or we will cancel your loan. I said I don’t have any money then he started to get rude . So I told him he was a scammer. I said how many people do you scam in a day. His comment was you’d be surprised or someone like that . By then I was in tears. I have no clue where to go to get a loan with no creditors check and they are honest. I asked send me my money back . Also I told him I was goi g to report them as scam and go to bbb he said I don’t care what you good do what you want. So don’t get a loan from Eloans. They will scam you

They act like u have the loan In a account tell u that need to put funds on a Google play card to pay the fees n then u will receive a reference number to retrieve the cash from money gram n then they tell u that u need to send more money because the account expired and that will release yours funds it's a lie

They used a mobile device to make the deposit into my moms account and the bank said it was a fraudulent check they used. Really don't understand it all.
