I booked three flights through google flights I even purchased all flight insurance nevcedary after checking my flight status on United I recieved a notification that my flights were cancelled with no explanation no credit and no refund just an option to purchase another flight! I thought I was booking with United come to find out I booked me with a third party travel agency in Greece!!!! I tried to call them after waiting on the line finally got a hold of someone who then told me that the systems were down and that he would call me back. Of course he never called me back and after reading reviews on the website I find that several other people are experiencing the same thing. I cannot afford to loose this money or this trip this trip was very important to my family and because I was goo g to meet my ****** for the first time! I am extremely upset with google flights and shocked that they would allow this kind of company to operate on their website! People booking international trips need go be warned of this!
