My daughter called first to see can we pay in cash for our monthly storage the guy name Chris states hurry up because he was going to be leaving at 1pm today, so we told him we was on our way, I had to stop to the bank and I called him again letting him know we was at the bank, which he said ok, My daughter went in to pay my monthly bill which is $116.00 monthly, than he told my daughter I would have to pay $125.00 dollars and my daughter asked why, he tells her he do not work out that office, she have to pay the $125.00. So my daughter came to the car and ask me for extra 5 dollars I asked her for what, E-Z storage did not contact me saying that they was going up another $5.00 dollars, I did not received a email or letter stating that, by law if they was charging me any extra fee they would have gave me a written binding contract stating the change. I think this guy name Chris was trying to scam me out of $5.00 dollars, last three weeks E-z storage company email me and also sent a letter out about the new hours they would be open and close, so I know that didn't sound right. Once Chris found out I was not going to come in and pay my bill, he email me stating I had to pay extra $5.00 in a email, he could not explain why I would have to pay extra $5.00, I know after the 10 every month you have to pay $124.00. This company scamming people out their money, this is my last month with these crooks.
