EA Games offers games to play online or through XBOX, the game I had purchased was SIMS 4, I really liked the game yes, it had some glitches etc so I purchased several added content for the games totalling over $200, in anticipation for the upcoming new release expansion pack, before the release of the pack they offered an event lasting the month October / part of sept, they adervtised you would be able to complete a series of objective to recieve "free" content you did not have to pay for, however, even though it is being marketed as an event people are able to participate in, myself and hundreds of others are unable to participate. It has been over 2 weeks now and they refuse to make fixes, I have looked online and made forum post, there is no way to contact the company etc. I feel lied to and sucked in by false advertising. This appaerntly is something they have a very long history with along with a previous class action lawsuit for games that were not playable. I have waited 2 weeks for this to be fixxed and still not thing and still not able to reach out to have it resolved by the company. I feel sucked in to buying content behind a paywall then falsely advertised that i would be able to recieve content I did not have to pay for.
