Scam!! Do not buy from this Shopify store

I made a purchase and paid for rush delivery, was advised that the items are coming from CHINA and could not be rushed. I reached out to cancel my order and they said that no cancellations are allowed. I am out almost $200 and without the product.

Saw, read, hear promotion for a small flashlight on Television advertisement, Eagle Eye, for price of shipping and handling of $5.75. Cost in returning was only $4.75. I am a senior and disabled, extra light is always good and being small often is helpful. Was monitoring my credit card statement which I don't think seniors do often enough, noticing a charge of $54.95. Similar flashlights can be purchased for $19.95 and less. My financial institution suggested I contact vendor. Issued return #, told full refund $60.70 would be issued within 3-4 weeks of receipt of flashlight. Sent package with tracking #. Fifth week, no refund, contacted Eagle Eye. They asked for tracking # and said received and credit of $54.95 would be issued. Asked about FULL Refund as promised, fifth week, 'oh no, only flashlight, asked about delay promise of 3-4 weeks credit, again denial. I strongly feel this company is preying on the elderly and hoping we will just go away and forget with the company stealing our (sometimes) fixed-income livelihood. This company needs to stop preying on persons and especially Seniors. Thank you
