Originally I was contacted through Instant Messaging by a friend and family member who told us they had gotten a grant. They kept saying someone they knew got money from a grant program called "Earmark Federal Government Grant Program". I was to text Elizabeth Clinton, Grant Administrator, at 503-678-9974. She gave me a list of grants, she promised if I paid $800, I would get a $50,000 grant. She told me to get cards in $100 denominations, and to take a picture of the back of the cards and to take a picture of the receipts. I told her when my husband got paid because then I would have the money to buy the cards because I don't work. I texted her to find out what kind of cards she wanted me to buy. She said to buy an Amazon gift card. I have saved all of my texts. She said "Congratulations, you are the grant winner of the year". She said "this is a great opportunity that I qualified for". I purchased the cards from Riefdecks in South Zanesville, Ohio. After I sent the pictures, I got a text asking for $1,000, the certficate is $500, the shepeti is $300, escort fee is $200. I said there's no way we can come up with another $1000. She replied saying your money will be delivered as soon as you make the payment. Youre getting your money as soon as you make the payment. Ask the person who referred you. Then, try and find teh money so you can get your money delivered asap, that's the order the government has given us, try to borrow you can pay them back, you're only delaying your own packages, we're only here to help, try to get a loan. They continue to text me all day every day. I've told them I only get paid twice a month, and I don't have the money. We had to take $800 from our retirement to cover our bills.
