He kept referencing to their company website that showed the Genesis Z item for ~ $ 9,000, which he was willing to sell to me for $1570.68, as stated above. This is the item I never consented to. My wife was present with me during the whole time, and she expressed very well to him that we are not interested in any of their products, he pushed her away from me and told her to leave the area, that he was dealing with me, not her. It was when she stepped away from where I was standing within close range to him, when I got hit with total charges of ~ $ 2,000. The only reason I was there in the area was because my wife had work related trainings for few days there. She did not want to leave me at home because I was not mentally and physically able to take of myself. We had lunch at the Stonefish Grill restaurant on 66- 145 Kamehameha Hwy suite 3-1, Haleiwa, HI, 808) 637-5015 . As we walked out of the restaurant, we got approached by the Earth Tech Staff about their products. Their location is next door to Stonefish Grill restaurant. The address is 66-165 Kamehameha hwy, Haleiwa, Hi 96712. The name was Dylan, his number being 808-773-6922. We had no interest to buy any of their products. When we stepped in to check it out, we met Dylan (the person that actually scammed me and bullied me). He told his staff, “I will take care of this this one”, referring to me and my wife. He bullied me through the whole interaction with him, demonstrating misleading information and dishonesty in showing me his fake documentation invoices that were supposed to represent other people who purchased these products from him and they showed outrages prices in the upper numbers of $9000 and over for the Genesis. Throughout the whole time, we were trying to leave the store, but we were bullied mentally and verbally into staying inside the store. When my wife said for us to leave, they pushed her away and made the comment “She is being too difficult where did you find her”. To me, it did not seem like a joke, and it seemed extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to make comments like this to potential clients. The lack of respect and professionalism was through the roof and we felt like we were being confined in the space without having the ability to actually leave the store. They dismissed my wife like she was an item and they kept pursuing me to buy the products. I truly felt like if I didn’t buy at least the two anti-aging creams, I wouldn’t have had the chance to go back to my house. I felt horrible pain this entire time and the stress of this situation did not help me in any way. I felt like I was mentally pushed to spend money that me and my wife do not have. Because I was not aware of my intuition and the ability to acknowledge that I was being scammed and taking advantage, my wife emailed the person who sold me these 2 two products on same day when we got to our hotel, and he did not respond back. In her email, she also mentioned that I am under the Dermatologist treatment and the products are contraindication. Next day on 9/2/24 11:30 am, we stopped by in person again requesting refund and to leave the products there in their store but he literally refused the refund. In addition, he continued with more bullying saying, “I have to check with my boss, lets do the return the right way, take the products home with you and I will mail you the return form”, which he had filled out in front of us with our address and his signature.
When we got home the on the same day 9/2, my wife texted him again and called him requesting the refund. He did not respond to all the texts, email, and phone calls. During those few days he gave us several different phone numbers, written on piece of papers.
I am requesting full refund for both products I was charged with. In addition, I am requesting in return, a disciplinary action to prevent future scamming, providing misleading information on products and bullying. It would be very rewarding, especially for someone like myself, under the condition I was in- mentally impaired and disabled due to degree of my pain.
