Type of a scam Online Purchase
My credit card transaction went through on Feb. 2 and a shipping label was created at a Houston, TX USPS on Feb. 15
The necklace was never brought to the post office. I tried several times to email the company with no answer the first couple emails then email 'failures' after that. No customer service number company location on the website.
I contacted someone through the website's messaging feature on March 2. The responder said I should contact them thru Instagram @earthtonewraps.
I said I don't have Instagram and they assured me that I'll receive the necklace. As of today the necklace still has not been delivered to the post office.
Thankfully it was only a $40 necklace, but I'm hoping others won't fall for the same scam. Please note that the website said this on the bottom of it: "Powered by Shopify"
