Ordered from link on FB, appeared legitimate, product never arrived, contacted company who said it was delivered, later agreed it had not been delivered and a full refund would be given, refund was not made to credit card, company said there had been an error on their end, refund would again be processed, refund has never been received. Credit card company is investigating. This has taken place over a two month period.
