I paid Victoria Melinsky $25.00 for a service to drop Eggs on our front lawn easter morning and leave an easter letter from the bunny. Victoria's story was that she started this group to help pay for her sick child. Victoria Melinsky started an Easter Egg Delivery Group in 2017 according to a thread of posts in the group I belong to or used to have access to before she blocked me and hundreds of other women who were scammed by this woman. This group was advertised on facebook by and near another group on Facebook for a parma mom's group, which appears to be a reputable group. There are other groups such as this so I checked it out and it appeared to be ok because of the convincing posts from previous years and other consumer's posts that were displayed for other victumns to read. I first responded to the group march 15th when she said that there would be a final call soon for the delivery service and to PM her right away so you wouldn't miss out. So I messaged her to see if I could get on the list. She messaged me back right away and she asked me for my full address. I provided that to her and then she sent me a request for a payment through facebook. Once I paid, she showed me how the service was done in prior years through screen shots. As the weeks went on she kept posting in the group asking the group if they would like to up charge and add on to message her. I also noticed she kept posting that it was always "last call" which I thought was a little odd and she mentioned often that there were no refunds. She also had mentioned that if we wanted to we can have special eggs dropped if we wanted to pay a little extra cash to message her. Finally about a couple days leading up to Easter she was messaging the group, which was now over 1400 members, telling everyone to calm down and that the routes will be posted the night of and that the routes were going to be from 10AM to 6AM. Victoria kept reassuring the group in group posts that routes were going to be posted and nothing was being posted, then she started turning off comments to the posts. When the routes were supposed to begin around 10PM the night before Easter the group started getting worried and people were commenting on other comments from the group to get an answer from Victoria and then she would delete their comments and eventually she would cut off communication. Around 1 AM she finally posted 1 route with a couple of names, keep in mind there were hundreds of people in this group. And then she started posting that she was having issues with her tagging capabilities. It was one excuse after another. Finally after some time me and my husband went to bed after 3AM. We woke up at 7:30, a couple hours later and no eggs on our front lawn. I messaged her from my facebook account the same way we communicated when I paid her and no response. I asked her for an explanation. She sent a message to the group explaining how she hired a bunch of Parma seniors and how they messed up her route and how she should have never trusted them. She apologized to everyone and told everyone she would be reaching out to everyone individually and not to worry. I have not heard back from this thief. The real story came out on social media that she took a group of volunteers from Normandy Highschool to a Motel 8 and stuffed them in a hotel room with eggs and some disorganized list and told them they had to deliver eggs for community service. Another woman had posted in the group that Victoria reached out to their Girl Scout troop to see if they would be interested in earning a badge so the little girls could stuff easter eggs for free. Victoria Melinsky is a con artist, thief and liar. She needs to be stopped. I filed a police report and reported her to the Parma Investigations office.
