I ordered an ornament and a stuffed animal to be personalized off of this site. After a prolonged period, I received the stuffed animal and several emails asking where it was. The ornament never came. I emailed, after I realized the shipping tracker showed both were supposed to be in the shipment. They said, sorry it’s on its way. I first questioned them at the of November. They obviously are not from the US as their English is obviously broken in the texts, as they say no worry shipment on way. I’ve since asked for refund as it’s past Christmas and they keep saying no refund shipment is out. I truly believed I’ve been scammed and will not receive this ornament and they are a fraudulent, non-American site. Thank you.
